These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SETC website at setc.app. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover the website only. Use of SETC products and services, including synthetic data generation, evaluation, and delivery, is governed by a separate written agreement between SETC and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for the products and services it covers.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes, such as learning about SETC, contacting us, and applying for jobs. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
- interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means beyond what standard search engine indexing requires;
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms, or send spam or unsolicited promotional material;
- impersonate SETC or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
We may restrict or block access to the site for anyone who violates these terms.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and code, belong to SETC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference or internal business evaluation of SETC. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission. The SETC name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our consent.
Information you send us
When you submit information through a form on the site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you.
Content is informational
Content on the site is provided for general information about SETC and its offerings. It is not a binding offer, a technical specification, or professional advice. Descriptions of products, features, and capabilities may change without notice. The terms of any engagement are set only in a written agreement signed with SETC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SETC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
